  1. Well looks like you are going to be busy with test soon. Glad you seen your Cardiologist and if he/she states to take it easy, they have a reason to tell you that, so take it easy and take your pill! Said with caring thoughts of course 😀

    1. I have had RA for 30 years plus, and I have had heart attacks, stents put in, and heart disease and a defibrillator installed all due to the stress the RA has put on my circulatory system. I see a cardiologist regularly now so it might be prudent to visit one and see how things are. Let us know how it goes. Keep on keepin' on, DPM

      1. Hi . It can be scary to hear there is something wrong with your heart. I hope the scans show only mild and easily addressed issues. Do you have an RA diagnosis? Unfortunately, people with RA are at higher risk for heart disease. Here is an article that might interest you: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/news/heart-disease-risk. 1. Hi there I do not have a diagnosis of R.A I have been having Lots of joint problems since I had my son 27 years ago and because inflammation isn't showing in my blood work but I have every other r a symptoms and swelling in ky knees legs ect they R saying I don't have R.A but I think I do so I must have seronegative I am not under a rheumatologist at all.
The doctors R useless carnt sort anything out going again on Thursday morning.

          1. Hi . You must be awfully frustrated. Have you considered seeing a different rheumatologist, especially since so much time has passed since the onset of your pain? Seronegative RA can be hard to diagnose and not every doctor is familiar with it. Unfortunately, if you suspect you have it, you really have to advocate for yourself. Sending lots of gentle hugs your way. - Lori (Team Member)
