is it Rheumatoid or Osteoporosis ?

my family doctor retired this past year. He always said i had Rheumatoid arthritis.
then my new doctor , who is young says i have Osteoporsis instead.
my RA factor is14 1u/mL
the same as RA count
so ,what do yall think do i have RA
i have advanced arthritis in both knees

  1. Hi . RA and inflammatory arthritis conditions in general can be difficult to diagnosis. You mention your family doctor. Have you seen a rheumatologist? I ask because they are specialists in these conditions and there is quite a bit more than rheumatoid factor that can play into a diagnosis. In fact, up to a third of RA cases are seronegative.
