When you feel really good and then all of a sudden it hit the wall, what do you do? Thanks

  1. Hi . It sounds like you may be referring to what many here call "the activity hangover." Our patient leaders wrote a number of articles on this topic, such as: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/living/activity-hangover and https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/living/my-activity-hangover and https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/living/activity-hangover-recovery. Hope this information is helpful, but if you are referring to something different, please don't hesitate to say so. Best, Richard (Team Member)

    1. I also was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. That adds to my situation. I just try to continue moving on and realize tomorrow is another day. I take my meds do a little exercise when possible. 🙂🤞
Wishing everyone a good today And better tomorrow ☮️❣️🙂

      1. That sounds like such a tough balance to manage, especially dealing with both RA and AS. I really admire your mindset—taking things one day at a time and doing what you can. That’s honestly all anyone can do. I’ve been getting into meditation and self-help books lately, and they’ve really helped shift my perspective. They remind me to let go of what I can’t control and focus on what’s within my reach. Better days are surly ahead for all of us! -Latoya (Team Member)

      2. Hi . All too many people here understand how frustrating it can be that autoimmune conditions love to collect each other. I don't know if you are aware that we have a sister-site that covers ankylosing spondylitis at https://axialspondyloarthritis.net/. How are you doing at managing the two conditions? Best, Richard (Team Member)

    2. Rest is always the best answer
