Smart Watch?

Have you tried a Smart Watch to help with RA? Which ones have you tried? Are there functions that help with evaluating or improving your sleep? How about trying to track or encourage physical activity? Other benefits? How does wearing one affect your wrist or hand? Please share your experiences with a Smart Watch, Jo

  1. My daughter gave me a smart watch and I like the sleep tracking app. It can help me figure out if I am feeling rough because of a flare up coming or just a bad night's sleep.

    1. , my husband loves his smart watch and since he deals with sleep apnea (he has a Cpap), it has really helped him track his overall sleep quality and quantity. Technology can be so helpful at times, can't it?

  2. I have an Apple Watch and I would sooner give up my Phone than my watch. It tracks all my activity/workouts, how long I have stood for the day, etc. It will track sleep too but I usually charge mine at night. This one also tracks heart rate, etc. It will track my swimming, you set it on swim and it will protect from water. The newer ones also track way more health information. I will get a new one maybe next year. Extremely helpful!
