Hi . First, let me start by noting that everyone's experience is different. That said, it can be good to hear about other people's experiences as your body adjusts to the new treatment. I can also tell you that my wife, Kelly Mack (a contributor here), used Xeljanz to little effect and with side effects that necessitated finding a different treatment.
