Designing a product to help those with arthritis (Design technology A level project)

Hi all, I hope you don't mind me using the forum to ask for advice on my project. I have chosen to focus on arthritis due to many of my family members suffering from it. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me any specific tasks you struggle with most (particularly using your hands) and if there are any problems you've noticed with the current assistive devices you use.
