dry needling
Has anyone here tried dry needling? My PT mentioned it to me to help my muscle tightness and knots in my neck and shoulder blade. I am wondering if anyone could tell me their results and the affect on their RA. Thank you

. I can't personally speak to dry needling, but I know quite a number of people here use complimentary treatments to help with their RA. It has a whole section on the considerations for patients with inflammatory autoimmune conditions. The main thing is to make sure to discuss with your doctor and therapist what is appropriate for your particular case.
