Hi Everyone,

I have actually lost some weight I cannot belive it.

I was 11st09 last week I am now 11.03kg amazing what Healthy Eating dose for you.

Hopefully have my colostomy I have an assesment on the 2nd of August.

So hopefully I will recover sooner.
