  1. Hi . Your concerns are certainly understandable and it is good that you have sought out a place you can get information and support. Did the doctor have anything to say about the bump on the wrist? There is something called a ganglion cyst which can occur with rheumatoid arthritis (although it can also occur without RA and only a doctor can do the proper diagnostics). This article offers more information: https://www.medicinenet.com/ganglion/article.htm.
Given the bump and the rheumatoid factor test, have you been referred to a rheumatologist? I ask because they have several additional years of training in diagnosing conditions of the musculoskeletal system and autoimmune diseases. Note the article I cited above mentions seeing a rheumatologist. Rheumatoid Arthritis can be difficult to diagnose and I want to share with you this article on the diagnostic process: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/diagnosis. There are also other possibilities for your symptoms and a rheumatologist should be able to help differentiate. If you were to have rheumatoid arthritis, prompt/early diagnosis and treatment can be key to gaining control or even remission. Hope this information is helpful and please feel free, if you like, to keep us posted on how you are doing and to ask additional questions - this community is here for you.
