Sidekick's Story

I do not have RA, but my husband does. We live an isolated, rural life, mostly at home now with COVID-19. He is 81 and has had progressive RA for 15 years. Most days are spent in bed watching TV.

I want to be supportive and helpful, but many days I wonder if I'm much help. Please give me some pointers on how to be a better caregiver and to keep his spirits up in these gloomy times.
