Setpoint System just approved by FDA

Has anyone considered this new electrical implant? After reading all the information on it. It seems very promising with very little side effects.

  1. Yes I heard that vagus nerve stimulators are getting more and more common now. We actually do have a few articles on it, best to start here: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/blog/vagus-nerve-stimulation-possibilities-and-limitations I, personally, know one person who is going to get it soon, so I will update you when they get it and in the meantime you can check out some of our other community members who have gotten one already! Keep on keepin' on, DPM

    1. Hi Robert (). I just posted a note to you in another thread (before I saw this post) about the SetPoint vagus nerve stimulation system. Here again is the article from Smithsonian Magazine that I posted: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/new-implanted-device-could-offer-a-long-elusive-drug-free-treatment-for-rheumatoid-arthritis-180987121/. 2. (Robert), I am going to be watching for the results of wider usage of this treatment option! I am cautiously optimistic!
