Treatment?

Hello, I would like to ask if magnetic therapy is a good way to treat joint pain. I don't know whether I have rheumatoid arthritis but I want to ask before throwing my money out. This is the one I had in mind: www.biomag.co.uk/portable-devices-home-care-magnetic-therapy

  1. I am not sure, but I have heard some positive things about it, is it approved by any medical commission?

    1. I personally have found no benefit with using this therapy. Regardless of my personal experience, there is a nice 2016 Meta study in the journal Rheumatology about its applicability for patients with RA. I suggest looking it over.

      1. Seems like the cart is before the horse.....might want to get a diagnosis first.
I've never known anyone to try this "treatment" and it's been out a long time....so I wonder if it works at all.
Here's the thing....you never want to be chasing pain. You want to prevent it. If you have RA there are drugs to prevent the inflammation [pain].

        1. I think you make terrific points here.
