Prism test and Abetacepts and TNF’s

Hello,
I just started Orencia infusions I had a reaction the first infusion and was given benedryl with the second with no reaction but horrible fatigue, pain all through my body, non stop headache and my joints felt like I was flaring. I also take Methotrexate as well. Has anyone experienced feeling worse like this? Does it just come with the territory and I have to wait until my body gets used to this new medicine. Any personal experiences that you can share I would be grateful for. I don’t know what is normal and what is not as I do expect some level of discomfort and fatigue knowing that we are essentially shutting down my immune system but I do not know for how long or if what I am experiencing is not what should be happening on this medication.
